Right to Return

You have the right to return the goods within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. This period gives you enough time to familiarize yourself with the product and decide whether it meets your expectations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original packaging
All labels and tags must remain intact
The item must be unused and in resellable condition
All accessories and components must be included
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Costs

Who covers the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Customer’s responsibility: if the item doesn’t fit, you changed your mind, or made an incorrect choice
Seller’s responsibility: if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Fill out the online return form on our website
Provide your order number and the reason for the return
Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions
Pack the item according to the provided instructions
Send the item to the specified return address

Exceptions – Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following categories of products are non-returnable:

Hygiene products (toothbrushes, opened cosmetics)
Sale items marked as non-returnable
Digital products (software, e-books, music)
Customized products
Perishable goods (food, flowers)

Refunds

As store credit (if requested by the customer)

Refund Timeframe:

Inspection of returned goods: 3–5 business days
Transfer to card: 5–10 business days
